Cornwall Regional Hospital, the third type A hospital on the Island is a multidisciplinary acute hospital that accepts referrals from the Western and Northern end of the Island. The Cornwall Regional Hospital is the most recently established type A hospital, and the only multi-disciplinary institution in the western region.
